Frames are hand-sanded prior to finishing for a superior look and feel.
Seat: Tight seat upholstered to routered plywood seat board with internal edges rounded to provide comfort and prevent wear. Cushion is 1.8 High Resiliency foam with 50 pound compression wrapped with Dacron fiber.
