Frame Construction: Kiln-dried laminated plywood for strength and dimensional stability. Tongue and groove joinery provides long-lasting durability. Frames are reinforced with corner blocks, glued, and attached with heavy-duty wood screws at the points of greatest stress. Exposed wood parts are crafted from solid hardwood and are hand-sanded prior to finishing for a superior look and feel.
Seat: Tight seat of 2.3 density HR foam with 35 pound compression, wrapped with 2 ounces of polyester fiber.
